Pick a plan. Everything's in it.

Because assembling a CRM out of parts is a worse experience than picking a plan. Each plan is a coherent set of capabilities priced for the whole, so there is no add-on maths and no surprise at checkout. If you genuinely need an unusual combination — Support without Marketing, say — that is exactly what the Custom plan is for.

A contact you are actually working. Archive one and it stops counting immediately — your history stays forever, at no charge. Companies are not counted or charged at all. That means you can import your entire database on day one without it costing you anything.

Contacts are the one allowance that does not pause — a CRM that will not let you add the lead who just called is not doing its job. Above the included number, active contacts bill at $10 per 1,000 per month on your next invoice. That is half what HubSpot charges for extra marketing contacts on its cheapest plan ($20 per 1,000) and 80% under its Professional rate ($250 per 5,000). You get the 80% and 100% alerts first, archiving anything you are not working takes you back under at no cost, and if you intend to live above the line the next plan up is the cheaper home.

One workflow step that does real work: sending, updating a record, calling out to another system. Waits, delays and branches are free, so you are never charged for the shape of a workflow — only for work performed. Extra tasks are $1 per 1,000, roughly twenty times cheaper than buying a standalone automation tool, and it runs on your own CRM data so there is nothing to sync.

One standard AI action: an assistant answer, a drafted reply, an AI step in a workflow. One credit is $0.008 — 20% under what HubSpot charges for the same thing. A support resolution grounded in your knowledge base costs 35 credits ($0.28), against HubSpot’s $0.50, Intercom Fin’s $0.99 and Zendesk’s $1.50–2.00. A qualified lead delivered by the Sales Agent costs 70 ($0.56) against HubSpot’s $1.00. An agent that wakes up, finds nothing to do and goes back to sleep costs nothing, and an unresolved conversation is free — you are charged for the outcome, never the attempt. Premium models carry a 5× multiplier and are included on Autonomous.

The feature pauses and prompts you to top up or upgrade. Nothing bills automatically. Auto-recharge exists as a per-workspace toggle and it is off by default; you choose the pack and a monthly ceiling. Alerts fire at 80% and 100% either way. The single exception is active contacts, which bill rather than block — see above.

Any time, in-app, in both directions. Yearly billing is ten months for twelve. There is no contract and no cancellation fee, and you can export your data whenever you like.
